Nice place well located. The kitchen, dining room and large living area are continuous and the place is spacious.
9.0This is a well appointed apartment in a very good location. The bed was comfortable and having to bathrooms was appreciated. The roof terrace is very nice.
− The shower was broken and no compensation was offered (we took baths every day). You will bump your head (I did several times)

− Douche défectueuse durant tout le séjour impossible de se laver correctement car 2 ème salle de bain inexploitable a cause de la sous pente(technicien n'est jamais venu malgré les promesses) Silvia a prononcé juste des excuses sans compensation rejetant le fait sur le précédent locataire ce qui n'est pas juste vu la vétusté de l'ensemble voir photo Un contrat doit être signé et des frais sont prévus en cas de détérioration de votre part. Équipement modeste (machine café moka 1 personne) table terrasse usée et chaise métallique inconfortable (déjà signalé par des précédents avis mais non corrigés) Propreté moyenne des cheveux longs retrouvés dans salle de bain Ce sont des améliorations simples que l'hôte pourrait prendre en compte,surtout au tarif de location on s'attend à plus de professionnalisme. Attention juste 1 jeu de clé a surtout ne pas égarer sinon facturation. Également ascenseur vétuste ou vintage mais qui était bloqué à notre départ donc descente des lourds bagages par escalier et 81 marches Attention à la collecte sélective des déchets qui doivent être évacués par vos soins avant départ ce qui génère un peu de stress Également éclairage de la cage d'escalier extrêmement faiblard a l'étage de l'appartement qui peut être problématique pour des personnes âgées

10.0Incroyable appartement sous les toits. Il pourrait y avoir facilement une chambre de plus dans ce grand espace. Deux salles de bains. Un séjour et salle à manger pour 6 et seulement une chambre à coucher .Un luxe au cœur de Venise et cette petite terrasse au dessus des toits pour prendre un verre extra ! Très romantique
