Tolle Lage mit italienischem Charme.
8.0Die Lage war perfekt. Wenige Minuten zum Anleger S. Samuele und fußläufig waren wir schnell am Markusplatz. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die FeWo hatte viel italienischen Charme. Die Wohnung hatte sowohl eine Miele Spül- als auch Waschmaschine. Ein schöner Platz mit Gastronomie ist direkt um die Ecke.
− Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen, keine Maschine, keinen Filter, etc. Die Fenster des Hauptschlafzimmers gehen zum Durchgangsweg und waren sehr hellhörig. Über der Dusche ist alles schimmelig gewesen. Trotz dieser Probleme würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen.

9.0Paola holte uns vom Vaporetto ab und erklärte uns umfassend alles Nötige. Google maps ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, da die nahe gelegene Schiffsanlegestelle (Schiff Nr.2) abends und am frühen morgen nicht angefahren wird. Der Weg zur nächste Anlegestelle - Academia - ist auch mit Koffern gut zu machen ( nur 3 Brücken).

3.0The location and vibe of the property was great.
− There was a serious mould issue and the aircon (all 3) hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Very visible mould and dust in them and the smell of mould was overwhelming making it hard to sleep. The towels provided were very small and the facilities were hard to figure out.
Cosy Venetian apartment
10.0We liked the apartment very much. Is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one usable (other one is reserved for the owner), has a cosy kitchen with all that you may need., It is in a central location, but away from the noisy streets. Has a nice yard where we enjoyed a bolle of Prosecco during evenings and tiramisu which is a must. The biggest plus is that is bigger than other apartments in the same price range and has better amenities. It is really a home that welcomes you - we felt like a staying in a our "home away from hone".
