Fabulous apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

We loved the location. It’s a local Venice neighborhood that is just close enough to walk to everywhere you want to, but far enough away from the chaos. The apartment was, quiet, clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the size of the apartment, plenty of space and 2 toilets. The owner was so kind and helpful, he left us delicious coffee and 3 different size moka pots to brew it. There was a grocery store very near, and wonderful local restaurants just downstairs on the street. The owner has very good English with clear instructions and communication on everything in the apartment and surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone visiting Venice. 10 stars from us! Thank you.

- чистота - комфорт - оснащение принадлежностями - два санузла

− - реальный адрес в 45 минутах ходьбы от вокзала или 40 минут на речном автобусе - Ramo del Squero, 1632 - излишнее информирование от хозяина апартаментов об условиях и регулярное напоминание о них во время нашего пребывания. Мне даже друзья и родственники столько не писали в этот день. Это реально немного напрягает. - воды в бойлере хватает, чтобы помыться 1 человеку, на второго уже не хватает. - двери в санузлы не запираются

Všetko bolo super. Vinikajúca poloha. Velmi pekné, priestranné a čisté ubytovanie. Velmi dobrá komunikacia s majteľom. Presné inštrukcie ohľadom fungovania v apartmane.

Wir wären gerne nicht nur 4, sondern auch 8 Nächte geblieben! Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend!

(Die Unterkunft bietet keine Mahlzeiten an). Die Lage war sehr gut, zwischen den Vaporetto-Stationen Giardini und Arsenale, in Gehdistanz zur Piazza San Marco.

− Für unsere Bedürfnisse war alles perfekt!

O apartamento é aconchegante e muito confortável, mais bonito do que aparentam as fotos. Tem uma localização excelente, com supermercados, restaurantes, todos ao lado.Fomos a pé para a Basilica, uma curta caminhada. Tudo.funciona bem, muito bem equipado, quartos confortáveis e amplos e um banho ótimo. Giovanni nos recebeu, foi extremamente simpático e atencioso, nos orientou sobre trajetos, como chegar, deu varias dicas e nos mostrou como tudo funciona no apartamento, de uma gentileza extrema. Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa, recomendamos a todos, voltaríamos com certeza!

− Tudo foi perfeito. Somente caso tenham pessoas com dificuldade de mobilidade como idosos, o acesso se dá por escadas, não seria indicado nesses casos.
