Great stay and now love coffee from a mocha.
9.0Location was perfect, the view was exceptional. Beds and pillows were cozy and AC worked great. Kitchen was great! Quiet apartment as well but lots of fun people watching and action on the canal.
− Check in was a bit difficult but worked out in the end. Apartment breaker was off and took us a bit to figure it out - was very hot and fridge was warm at first. After a long travel day it through us off but we got over it pretty quick.
A super convenient location, charming apartment with a few short comings.

− The apartment could have been cleaner. One shower is tiny, the other was broken so you had to hold the head. The aircon was not brilliant but it was very warm in Venice during our stay.

8.0Excellent area of the city with local residents and businesses. Grocery stores nearby. I liked the skylight in the main bathroom. The other bathroom is an ensuite to the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom was pleasantly cozier that it looks in the photos, with a view of the entry courtyard..
− Trash collection in Venice is only at certain times in certain locations. We either had to stay home in the morning waiting for the trash collector, or take the trash to the garbage boat at Campo Barnaba early in the morning. Hard to find at first. Coming from the Grand Canal, turn left just before the Palazzo Querino, then right into the alley at the end.
