Perfekter Platz zum relaxen mit einheimischen Feeling
10.0Stil, Style, Design. Eine Wohnung in die man direkt so einziehen könnte. Bis ins Detail durchdacht, man konnte sogar das Licht dimmen. Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles neu und hochwertig. Highlight ist definitiv der wunderschöne, duftende Garten und das mitten in Venedig! Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, nah zu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum nächsten Vaporetto und trotzdem ruhig und weit genug entfernt vom Trubel des Markusplatz. Absolute 100% Empfehlung für dieses Kleinod.

9.0Joli petit appartement en rez-de-chaussée, très coquet, bien agencé, confortable. Nous avons apprécié le calme tout en etant dans le centre. La proximite des commerces et restaurants est un plus non négligeable. Un petit jardinet très sympa pour prendre le petit déjeuner si le temps le permet. Très bon accueil. Ce lieu a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Venise

10.0Beautiful garden space, very comfy bed. Lovely bakery 3 mins away. Helpful hosts. Lovely area with a buzz to it, but peaceful in the property.
