Be careful

− Be very careful with payments here. They have tried several times to take money from my credit card without my permission. They also asked for my ID card, which, according to the booking, is not allowed, and unfortunately, I fell into their trap. After I handed over the apartment, they deducted money from my account again. Fortunately, I was able to get it refunded after filing a complaint, but be very cautious with this. Additionally, the house has no cooling, and it was too hot during the summer months.

− There is no AC, only fans so avoid going there in the summer. The smell of the building is terrible Idk what the source of that smell.
Kadikoy is a great place to base yourself
8.0Kadikoy is a great location. Place was very clean. Wonderful fish restaurant below. Communication with agent was good
− Don't know if it was the agents or someone else but someone tried to scam us asking for passport details etc. V clever. I tried to report it but agent or booking.com responded. Be careful when booking. Also be careful at ferry for scammers helping you buy tickets
