8.0The apartment was in a great location, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The host was friendly and responsive, and the check-in process was easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay
− The apartment is a bit dated and could use some renovation. However, a big advantage is that the building has an elevator, which is very convenient when travelling with luggage and kids.

− There was several maintenance issues that should have been resolved they have I could tell by looking at them and going on for a long time The door knobs coming off plaster coming from the ceiling clothes dryer not working

7.0Big house with a lot of potential. Lovely staff and very attentive, however, the house is starting to be a bit 'old' now and could do with some refurbishment.
− Beds very hard and pillows too thin, didn't have good sleep in any of the rooms but specially on the master bedroom. You can tell the house needs refresh and some work done, even if it is just changing the beds and small details like the mirrors in the bedroom being broken or the ceiling peeling off. Also, I was not aware until I got there that the third room is in the upper floor and does not have underfloor heating but just radiator, and that was a bit unconvenient The water in the toilet next to the entrance was either very hot or very hot and my nephew actually burnt his skin whilst he was having a shower because the water was too hot. This temperature was already set when we got to the apartment. After that, he didn't use thar shower again. Overall it was a good stay due to the welcoming and attentive staff and the fact that the house was big enough for us and what we needed. but looking back, it has a lot of things that need changing especially for the price you pay.
