The apartment was big and comfortable. Very well equipped and close to the metro station Taksim. The bust stop Tabarlasi was just 10 meters away from the entrance to the building. In the building where the apartment was located there was 24h security ward. Very comfortable beds. The owner is very nice and helpful. Altogether we were very happy with our holidays.

Everything was wonderful with Mr. Berk ; everything was easy and enjoyable. He served me from the first moment until my departure. He never left me. He was a true friend and supporter. He is a noble, respectable, and kind man. Beautiful, kind, pleasant, warm, professional service, lovely place, safe complex, respectful guards, easy access to the apartment, everything was wonderful. Mr. Berk never left our side; he was a true support until the moment we left. He even kept our bags safe when we left to go shopping, and when we returned, we found them secure with him.

今年の２月に続いて、今回は２回目の滞在でしたが、前回同様に充実したハイクラスの設備の中で、大変快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 前回と全く同じお部屋を提供して頂いたことで、まるで｢イスタンブールの我が家｣に居るような心地良さがありました。 チェックアウトの日は運悪くビルの前の道路が封鎖されており、迎えのタクシードライバーとの合流地点がだいぶ離れた脇道に変更となってしまいました。その際に、Mr. Berkが私のスーツケースを持ち、ドライバーと携帯で場所を確認しなから道案内をして下さったお陰で、私は無事に空港へ向かうことが出来ました。旅行者がピンチの時に、Mr. Berkのような誠実で頼り甲斐があるスタッフが近くに居ることは大変心強く、安心出来ると感じました。 本当に感謝の気持でいっぱいです。 次にイスタンブールに来る時も、迷うこと無くここを選びます！

− 良くない点ではなく、リクエストになりますが、有料でも構わないので、 バスローブの貸し出しがあれば便利かと思いました。

Lovely well presented apartment with full amenities.

The apartment is well presented with modern furnishings and has all the amenities you could possibly require. This includes WiFi which was excellent throughout our visit. The managing agent was also incredibly helpful and we received ongoing communication to ensure we were happy during our stay. Checking in was easy with clear instructions and collection of the keys via an lockbox on site. My only comment is that I could not find any instructions for the safe which would have been useful to hold our valuables. It would also have been good to have access to some cleaning products as we stayed for 10 days which is a long time to go without cleaning the bathroom. We did buy some products which we left behind.

− The area has a lot of construction going on around it and is quite noisy. It is also close to a dual carriageway which is noisy but also convenient as you can catch a bus or taxi easily.

The apartment was great, clean and nice little touches, everything we needed, shower was great, bed was very comfy, it was in a quiet area, towels were good quality, washing machine and tumble dryer was easy to use with wash powder provided, we didn't use the dishwasher, but tablets were also provided, large fridge freezer. Lots of storage in all rooms, Lift outside door. Didn't use the oven, so can't comment on that, and didn't use the sofa bed, so can't comment on that either A few minutes walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, bus stop was outside.

− Internet was ok for browsing facebook or checking emails etc, I took my firestick, to watch UK tv, but it would not connect to my Vpn, stating unstable network, but that was my only issue, but not a major issue, just letting perspective users know. Not the cheapest, but it was worth paying the extra, as when we stayed in Sultanahmet 3 years ago, we paid half the price, and the apartment was there nowhere near as nice
