6.0Загалом гарне розташування. В пішому доступі магазини-кафе-метро орієнтовно 15 хв. Хороше співвідношення ціна-якість. Достатньо чисто, але майте на увазі: бронюючи «люкс з видом на сад», ви не отримуєте патіо, яке так вдало показують на фото. Ви отримуєте людей із сусідніх номерів, які курять і спілкуються за декілька метрів від вікна вашої спальні в будь який час доби. Один спільний комплект із дивану і столу на всі номери першого поверху… Адміністрації варто попереджати про такий «бонус».

− Cleaning once in the week. 4 🧻 not enough for a week. Has stairs inside. A little bit dangerous for old people.
