9.0- Great location - Good communication and clear arrival instructions - Comfy beds and apartment
− - Our neighbours were quite loud and in one of the rooms you could clearly hear them - We were missing some basic material in the kitchen like soap, towels, scissors, sponges, etc - The soap in the showers isn’t great and it doesn’t specify between shampoo and shower gel. So we ended up using our own.

− Ich muss mich mit extremer Enttäuschung und Wut äußern, da meine Buchung in den Casas Apartamentos Gracia (Barcelona imMai 2026) in keiner Weise den beworbenen Standards entsprach. Die Unterkunft wurde mit 9,0 („hervorragend“) angepriesen – doch die Realität war ekelhaft, unsicher und eine dreiste Täuschung. Hygienemängel: Unzumutbar! - Sofa und Stühle: Stark verschmutzt (Flecken, Abnutzung, übelriechend). - Allgemeine Sauberkeit: Staub und Schmutz in allen Ecken – keine gründliche Reinigung erkennbar. - Badezimmer: Schimmel an den Wänden (besonders in den Ecken), abblätternde Farbe, kaputte Fliesen. Defekte Ausstattung & Sicherheitsrisiken: Lebensgefährlich! - Rollo im Kellerfenster: Kaputt und nicht bedienbar. - Fenster ließ sich nicht verschließen – zwar mit Gitter, aber von außen für jeden zu öffnen! Ein ernstes Sicherheitsrisiko! - Wasserkocher: Defekt und gefährlich (Stromschlaggefahr?). Falsche Darstellung: Betrug! Die Fotos auf Booking zeigten eine makellose, hochwertige Unterkunft – die Realität war das Gegenteil. Nur 2 der gezeigten Bilder entsprachen der Wohnung 17c. Wo und wann die anderen entstanden sind, ist mir ein Rätsel! 📍 Falsche Adresse! Die angegebene Adresse auf Booking stimmt nicht – wir haben die Unterkunft auf google maps auch nicht gefunden, nur durch nochmalige fragen an den vermieter hat er uns die adresse gegebenen Keine Kommunikation - Vor der Buchung: Keine Antwort auf Fragen. - Während des Aufenthalts: Nur Kontakt, wenn der Vermieter etwas brauchte oder Geld wollte (cityTax) ansonsten totale Ignoranz. - Nach der Beschwerde: Keinerlei Reaktion – weder Entschuldigung noch Lösung. Das ist kein Service, das ist Respektlosigkeit!

10.0The location was great. We walked almost everywhere, though steps can add up. 😁 It had everything we needed. Only the lower bedroom was a little stuffy, but an air purifier cleaned the air in the basement. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants are very close by.

9.0Deux salles de bains c'est super, j'espère que nous aurons notre quotion de 200 car on a pas été beaucoup la que pour dormir et déjeuner ...tres bonne literie ,très belle appartement....tres bel emplacement tres bien 👌
