7.0The location is good. The room is spacious. The air conditioning works properly.
− When we arrived on the first day, despite having a reservation for two single beds, they insisted on giving us a room with a double bed. After an argument, they threw an extra mattress on the floor for us. Although we arrived at the scheduled check-in time, the room was dirty, and they told us to come back in an hour. They promised to change our room the next day and assured us we could access the new room whenever we wished. We left the room for breakfast, but at 11:00 AM, they changed the access code for the room we were currently occupying. The hotel manager issued a stern directive, stating that if we didn't return to the room immediately, we wouldn't be able to enter the new one. To make matters worse, he spoke no English, so we could only communicate in a limited way using Google Translate. Once we moved to the new room, we were disturbed the following morning at 10:00 AM by someone ringing the doorbell and claiming to be from maintenance.
