− Il divano letto non era preparato; con le pulizie di metà soggiorno hanno perso dei pantaloni del pigiama e non sono riusciti a ritrovarli nonostante prontamente avvisata la struttura al numero sulla porta dell’appartamento (e i sacchi della biancheria erano nell’atrio dello stabile). Non ci hanno avvisato per tempo dell’aumento della tassa di soggiorno e ci siamo trovati a dover digitare i numeri della carta di credito per strada per poter avere chiavi e solo dopo aver chiamato noi perché non funzionavano le chiavi
