1.0− Very rude and unhelpful host. Booking.com is also not reliable when it comes to cancellations and refunds. They told us to book another place when the place we booked several months in advance was cancelled, and promised to refund the difference. They do not even answer my request after providing all the receipts they asked for.

− 爐具只有瓦斯爐. 威尼斯的蚊子大多在上午和傍晚出現. 這時必須關門防蚊. 會限制瓦斯爐的使用. 建議民宿方提供微波爐或電磁爐

10.0Apartamento muy limpio, su dueño muy amable, nos mandó todas las indicaciones por WhatsApp antes de llegar y fue muy fácil localizarlo. Al tener aire acondicionado cuando vuelves es un descanso con el calor que pasas en la ciudad. Tiene cerca un supermercado.
− Le falta unas persianas o cortinas oscuras en las ventanas del piso superior, llega un momento que es imposible dormir de la luz que entra. Andando a San Marco son unos 25 minutos, a los niños se les hizo muy largo y cansado. Descubrimos más tarde el vaporetto y nos movíamos con el. Ahí cambió nuestra percepción de la ciudad.

10.0The location is perfect. It’s close to the train station, restaurants, and the neighborhood is wonderful. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. It was clean and had everything we needed.
− Unfortunately, the upstairs shower leaked and became unusable. However, having the second bathroom meant we were all still able to shower.

9.0It is a nice and spacey apartment in a quiet district. the location was great. two nice bathrooms. we had a good time. fits a family of 4 people very well. the owner was very nice and quick with his replies.
