− The bathroom needs a bit of work. Shower heads doesn't stay up, the shelf is crooked.

9.0Absolutely perfect location for us! We were out of the craziness of San Marco in summer but still able to walk everywhere very easily. San Silvestro Vaparetto station is just around the corner as well as a small supermarket, Coop. So many lovely restaurants and bars around us too. The apartment was much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked beautifully, very welcome after walking around in the heat of the day.
− The beds upstairs on the mezzanine were not the comfiest but we still slept well after big days of walking around.

9.0Very close to the main area. Lots of space and comfortable! 2 single beds, a queen bed, and a pull out couch.
− Loud stomping of what sounded like young children upstairs above us and could hear loud voices outside all night. Wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper.
