10.0It's right on the san stae dock, so it's super convenient. It is fully air conditioned, so it saved us during the heat wave of 2026. The check-in and check-out was super easy, the owner or her friend met us at the dock. The apartment is fully featured, super clean and spacious.
Great location for visiting Venice
10.0Very good conection - boat stop 15 meters from the door. Nice restaurant, cafes nearby. But apartmen's kitchen fully equiped Supermarket nearby as well. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated historic interior.
− A bit disturbing noise of airconditioning (what was absolutely understood taking into consideration heat wave during our stay) and water heating furnace (this could be improved; I think no need to heat water during the night).
