9.0The location is great, clean and well organized, large enough to accommodate our party of 8 adults, Rita our hostess was very friendly and attentive and staying here was an absolute experience ( imagine being in a different world and time). Everyone liked it.

Perfect location, and fun to be in a historical home.
10.0It was like staying in a museum… nice location. We loved the balcony overlooking the small canal. We got to see lots of gondolas and listen to performers sing on the gondolas.

9.0This is a beautiful place, and it’s absolutely enormous! Rita, the host, communicated well, met us promptly, and could not have been kinder or more welcoming. The location is great and close to everything one is likely to do in Venice. The space has loads of character and is very “old school Venetian.“ It was a very special stay. Plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi worked well. I don’t think there was a TV, which we view as a positive.
− It would be unfair to say there’s anything that we “didn’t like,” and anything I would have to say that could be perceived as negative is subjective. The beds are very firm, i.e. not that comfortable to our particular tastes. The elevator was too small for me. But we slept fine, and I usually take stairs anyway. Showers are small (typical for Europe). Were I not specifically asked about negatives, I would mention none of this.
