The location was perfect, the host was perfect, Venice was perfect! Everything was perfect!
10.0Everything! It was more than we could have ask for. The balcony/private dock was a highlight. We loved watching the gondola’s go by and sharing smiles and waves. We even gave out lollies to those that smiled and waved.

10.0Everything was tremendous. Great attention to detail even before we arrived. Room was awesome. 10/10. Canal views with almost too many gondolas passing by. Incredible place!

Unbelievable access to canal.
10.0This is one of my favorite properties we have ever experienced. The location and access to the canal are perfect. Sitting on the balcony at ground level to the canal watching the gondolas float by may be my favorite part of our entire trip to Italy. The hosts were amazing upon arrival and departure.
