10.0Отличная квартира в очень удобном месте Венеции. В пяти минутах ходьбы остановка водного транспорта, откуда можно доехать до любой точки Венеции, в том числе на остров Мурано и в аэропорт Марко Поло. Если идти от автовокзала или ж/д вокзала, то примерно 20 минут неспешной ходьбы. В квартире есть абсолютно всё, включая кофемашину с капсулами, кофеварку для молотого кофе. Есть и кофе, и чай и сахар, в общем есть всё. Для бытовых нужд есть стиральная машина и бытлвая химия на все случаи. Владелец квартиры постоянно на связи, а его дядя, живущий в соседней квартире, всегда поможет в любой ситуации. Вид из окон квартиры прямо на один из каналов. Будете пить кофе у открытого окна и любоваться проходящими лодочками и махать рукой гондольерам. До всех основных достопримечательностей не более получаса медленной ходьбы. Кафе и ресторанчиков поблизости в изобилии. Если нужен магазин, то минут семь ходьбы до Spar. Прекрасный вариант для отдыха и проживания в Венеции!

8.0Was as expected, the room is only 18 minute walk from train station, lovely view onto canal and nice bars, cafes,restaurants and shopping nearby. Having a washing machine was so helpful. Air conditioning.
− There is no balcony as described, its 2 windows that open. The door to the communal kitchen, whilst is locked, links to the rooms bathroom and there are gaps and a keyhole. We stuffed toilet paper into these. As everywhere in Venice the house is old , there are parts in the bathroom like the shower sealant and parts around the door that could do with being updated.
Great stay in Venice!
10.0Alyosha and his uncle were very responsive and helpful. The apartment was well equipped with more than enough extra supplies in the bathroom and kitchen, the AC worked, and they thought of little things like including a drying rack for our laundry, and they helped with directions to nearby shopping and attractions.
