7.0L'appartement était très bien situé par rapport à notre objectif qui était la Biennale, et au calme. La déco est sympa, la climatisation etait bienvenue, de même que la machine à laver et le fil pour étendre le linge à la Vénitienne.
− La literie laisse à désirer (matelas à changer, on sent les ressorts), et le ménage était superficiel. La propreté de la cuisine (placards, vaisselle, plan de travail) et de la douche etait très relative. Il y avait de la poussière sur les chevets et les lampes. Dommage !
Appartement et lieu idéal pour profiter de Venise.
10.0L'appartement est magnifique, super bien équipé. Il est situé à 2 pas de la Biennale pour ceux et celles qui y viennent, dans un quartier ultra vivant avec tous les commerces et à 10 mns de marche du vaporetto. C'est un endroit idéal pour profitez de Venise. Le propriétaire est super réactif au tel et même en français!!! Un grand merci Pietro.

10.0Patogi lokacija. Ypač Bienalės lankytojams. Aplink tylu, nors netoli galima rasti įvairiausių kavinukių. Šalia maisto ir itališkų ledų parduotuvė, rytais galima nusipirkti šviežių vaisių, daržovių ir žuvies iš vietinių. Bute yra viskas, ko reikia norint maistą gaminti namie, tvarkinga. Šeimininkas malonus, draugiškas, visada pasirengęs padėti. Puiki vieta apsistoti kelioms dienoms ar ilgesniam laikui.

10.0Obiekt zlokalizowany jest obok Biennale. Miejsce w którym można doświadczyć zwykłego codziennego życia mieszkańców w Wenecji. Miejsce oddalone od centrum 20 minut co po całym dniu zwiedzania umożliwia zrelaksowanie się.
