Bel appartement très bien situé
9.0Bel appartement pour 2 personnes,. Très bien situé à côté d'un petit canal charmant, nombreux commerces, restaurants et bars à proximité immédiate. Plusieurs lignes de vaporetto à petite distance (arrêts Orto, San Marcuela). Appartement de rez de chaussée, au calme, chambre et salon agréables, climatisation (dans la chambre) efficace et silencieuse, Bonne literie. Salle de bain avec belle douche et WC. Petit patio agréable. Valentina est très réactive et soucieuse de ses hôtes. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et y reviendrons volontiers !
− Cuisine sombre et un peu sommaire. Salon et chambre donnent sur les cours intérlieures des voisins.

9.0Alloggio confortevole in un quartiere vivace ma non eccessivamente turistico. Host molto gentile. Casa ben attrezzata.
− Finestra soggiorno senza zanzariera. Rubinetto lavandino bagno problematico.
Nice quiet place with a nice host
9.0Valentina is a very caring host. She greeted us at the property gave the keys and provided warm introduction to the area. All the information about the location, grocery stores and restaurants is prepared in the room. All communications were timely and excellent. Strong WI-FI.
− 1. You need cash to pay the city tax and it's very hard to find a normal bank ATM in Venice. There is a nearby ATM owned by Euronet - avoid it by all means, the minimum withdrawal is €50 and for that amount they take 15% fee and use extremely wild exchange rate - in my case that would cost me $73 (instead of approximately $58-$60). 2. There is no shampoo/conditioner at the property (it looks like it's common for Venice)

10.0Tres bien placé, ni trop près ni trop loin des lieux touristique, des restaurant a 20m ,un coop a 100m . Appartement confortable,équipement complet. Malgré qu on a pu voir valentine en personne, elle est ,tres disponible et répond vite via watshapp . Je recommande
− le seul point negatif c est la proximité avec la terrasse du voisin,qui se trouve a 1 m des fenêtres du salon.donc si on veut un peu d intimité et ouvrir les fenêtres c est compliqué
