8.0The property had a very nice kitchen and bedroom. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but I think a lot of European bathrooms can be small and dated. The location and host were fabulous!
Lage optimal (nahe Fondamente Nove mit Vaporetto-Haltestellen), Preis okay.
5.0kein Frühstück inbegriffen. Küche in der Wohnung für Selbstversorger. Supermärkte in der Nähe.
− viele Mängel: Der Eingangsraum ist eine Müllhalde (das genaue Gegenteil eines Palazzo), Treppengeländer defekt (Gefahrenquelle), Wohnungstür wurde scheinbar manipuliert, Kühlschrank öffnet zur falschen Seite (zur Wand hin), Wasserabflüsse in Küche und Bad verstopft, Fensterrahmen verrotten teilweise, Kloschüssel wackelt, Bettlaken zu klein zum unterschlagen (Spannbetttücher scheint man nicht zu kennen), Mülleimer waren innen verdreckt, Drehknopf an der Waschmaschine defekt. Der Eigentümer müsste endlich mal etwas in die Wohnung investieren.
Nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert!

− Die mangelnde Ausstattung der Küche Ein kaputter Stuhl. Ein Installateur musste wegen der Wasserspülung kommen. Am letzten Tag gab es kein warmes Wasser. ACHTUNG: Hatte der Vermieter JUICE GLAM VIA DON BOSCO 3, I-31021 MOGLIANO VENETO TV ITA das Recht, von uns € 40,00 als "tourist tax" zu verlangen, obwohl wir eine Wohnung für 8 Tage gebucht hatten?

− Le lit était inconfortable. Pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle ni de linge pour lavers table et comptoir. Le ménage était moyen (le balais n'avait pas été passé).
