10.0駅から近い。室内設備が新しい。部屋が開くて清潔。部屋の造花やランプが素敵でオーナーの歓迎の気持ちが伝わった。お茶、コーヒー、軽食が置いてあった。入室時間を待ち合わせて、鍵を受け取るシステムだった。
− 人気の観光地なので窓を開けると、人通りが多いのでうるさい。場所柄、窓を開けていると下水の匂いがしてしまう。３つの鍵を使いこなす必要がある。建物入り口に部屋名を書いておいてくれるともっと安心だと思う。

10.0Firstly, the host, Francesco, was exceptional, welcomi gcand helpful. Next the property was clean, well equipped and beautifully maintained. Finally the location is fabulous and convenient to tge station, bus terminal and a lovely non-touristy area of Venice yet a short walk to the main attractions. There's even a small supermarket, beautiful pasticceries and cafes less than 5 minutes walk. There are many good reasons why this property gas such high ratings.

Charming and comfortable apartment with view over a canal
10.0Very charming apartment with a lot of space and a wonderful view on the canal. Very quiet at night and good location (around 5-10 minutes walk from Mestre's train station). Thank you Francesco for you hospitality.
