Would definitely stay here again! This is a great place for families that want more space in a quiet neighbourhood.
9.0The apartment is very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms, living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The building is located in a central location that is very quiet and is within walking distance to major attractions, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Our host, Claudia, was very warm and hospitable, she welcomed us with a lovely gift and provided some valuable information on local restaurants. We absolutely loved our time in Venice and look forward to staying here again in the future.
− There was a heat wave during our stay and the air conditioning units were on but the temperature in the apartment and especially in the bedrooms was still high. It took a long time to cool the apartment, but otherwise everything was fantastic! Also, just a note about the stairs leading up to the apartment, which is located on the second floor of the building. The stairs can be challenging for some people.

10.0Wir wurden von Claudia sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir konnten unsere Koffer bereits um 10.00 in der Wohnung deponieren. Claudia machte uns mit der Umgebung vertraut und lud uns zu Kaffee und Teilchen ein. Die Wohnung war für uns -zwei Erwachsene und drei Jugendliche- optimal mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Toiletten Das Appartement liegt in einer ruhigen, authentischen Gegend, in den umliegenden Restaurants, Bars, Cafés glaubt man unter Einheimischen zu sein. Trotzdem sind die touristischen Locations sehr gut zu erreichen. Die nächste Vaporettostation Riva de Biasio ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank!

10.0Quite location but close to everything! 8 minss walk from the train station. Responsive, lovely host who communicated well and left us a great bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We had a great stay thank you.
