APPARTEMENT IDEAL PRES DE LA PLACE SAINT MARC
10.0Appartement vaste et très bien équipé à 5 minutes de la Place Saint Marc.
− La localisation donnée ne permet pas de trouver facilement l'appartement. Pourtant, en fait, c'est très simple. Vous sortez de la Place Saint Marc du côté opposé à la basilique en empruntant l'arcade de gauche. Vous prenez la rue juste en face jusqu'à un premier pont. Immédiatement après ce pont, tournez à gauche, passez sous l'arcade, la rue tourne à 90° à droite et après 10 mètres, vous êtes en face de la grille. Si vous prenez une douche, un peu d'eau coule sur le rebord de la baignoire et se répand sur le sol. Placez un linge sur ce bord , dans le coin extérieur et le petit problème est résolu.

10.0La amplitud, el silencio , su equipamiento y ubicación. Vaporeto muy cerca , plaza y Basilica San Marcos a un paso . A pesar de esa cercania , teniamos trabquilidad al encontrarse en un pasaje interior de construcción moderna.
− No es fácil llegar con la indicación que dan , debiesen comentar que se encuentra traspasando un arco y decir su nombre o que hay que cruzar tal puente . Lo mismo con la dirección de donde entregar las basuras separadas , supimos sólo porque encontramos los carros que recorren las calles y ellos nos enseñaron , y estaba muy cerca, sin embargo los documentos entregados para ello, indican otros lugares lejanos.

− Appartement sur cour partagée avec entrée de service et livraisons d’un hôtel (bruit des 7h) - Mauvais état du lave vaisselle (points de rouille, démarrage aléatoire) - Lave linge (part en erreur sur programme court) - Pare douche cassé.

Pärchenurlaub - wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sofort weiter!
10.0Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Super charmant, sauber, alles da was man braucht und die Lage ist auch wirklich top! Waren sofort am Markusplatz, sowie in wenigen Minuten bei der Rialto Brücke. Der Herr, der uns den Schlüssel gegeben hat, hat extra auf uns gewartet, da wir Verspätung hatten und war sehr freundlich! Wir waren über WhatsApp in Kontakt und alle Fragen wurden beantwortet.
