Unfortunately, the room did not have a balcony, which significantly affected our stay and comfort. We also experienced issues with cleanliness, which, combined with the missing balcony, caused tension and problems within our group. We appreciated the friendly reception staff and the comfortable room, but these issues made our stay disappointing. We kindly but firmly request a partial refund or appropriate compensation for this experience. We expect your immediate attention to resolve this matter.

Great property, poor management
6.0Location, fitness, sauna and pool
− Bad service, there wasn't anyone to talk to... We asked the security, serving as a receptionist a bunch of times about the manager, since we needed towels and toilet paper, but no one showed up.
We had a pleasant stay, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent.
