8.0Nice and clean. Lots of facilities. Great communication with the owner.
− The only option to pay was in cash upon arrival and the person we had to pay to did not speak any English so not very welcoming to foreigners. The advert stated it would be more of a hotel style reception for the apartment, this was not how I would describe this.

9.0Хорошие апартаменты, если большую часть отпуска планируете провести на Принцевых островах - до паромов недалеко. Ездить в центр гулять немного далековато.

7.0Отзывчивый хозяин. Помог найти жилье. Был на связи и достаточно оперативно предоставлял то, чего не было в квартире(утюг, туалетную бумагу). Наличие WiFi. Квартира не прокуренная. Чистый подъезд и лифт. Спокойный район. Недалеко до набережной. Рядом ММ Migros.
− Чистота 6/10. Грязные шторы, тюль, волосы на покрывалах и постели. Синтетическое постельное белье. Утюг ужасно нагревался и вонял.

9.0Very clean, new apartment in a good location, on ground floor there's migros market and a number of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
− I didn't like the check in process ,we called Mr.sefa,the owner and then we security personnel scan our passports and we gave him the rental fee, this process done in the street, I didn't like this way.
