− That no towels were left even after repeated request
Nice place , could be cleaner , needs a second key.

− Sheets weren’t clean. Only one key which isn’t ideal for friends travelling together.
Absolutely first class Apartment with an amazing Rooftop Pool
10.0The Apartment was very spacious even when the Fold-Out Bed was in place with high ceilings and tasteful decor. The Communal Facilities on Level 13 included extensive Lounges and Work Stations. The Rooftop Pool was absolutely fantastic - very generous sized Pool with lots of places to relax around the Pool. On our two week trip to the USA for the World Cup this was easily the best place that we stayed. I could not recommended it any more highly. We loved it! John + Angus (from Australia)

− Could be doing with more kitchen equipment for using the oven, oven gloves etc and oven trays but that’s me being picky as it really is a great apartment

− Alquilé un departamento con balcón y el alojamiento desconoció esto, además no hay nadie que te ayude si hay un problema, desde el día 1 y estuvimos 5, la puerta nunca cerró con seguro y nunca mandaron a nadie para arreglar el problema, teníamos que salir con las maletas todos los días por seguridad. Además teníamos dicen que el estacionamiento cuesta 30 usd diarios y en realidad cuesta 50. Si lo quieres pasar mal, este es el lugar. Una decepción y no existe soporte ni atención al cliente
