Apartamento muy mejorable
3.0Muy espacioso y situado justo enfrente del estadio de béisbol. Se puede llegar al aeropuerto y a los principales puntos turísticos en 15 minutos en coche. Rápida comunicación con el personal.
− Apartamento bastante antiguo que necesita mejoría en varias cosas. En primer lugar, los muebles, persianas, aire acondicionado y colchones son bastante antiguos. Por otro lado, durante nuestra estancia hubo una gran tormenta por la noche y, debido a que una ventana al lado de la cama no cierra bien, las cortinas y el suelo se llenaron tanto de agua que tuvimos que poner platos y ollas para el resto de la noche y estar secando el suelo con toallas; además, en el techo había una gotera por la que también entraba el agua. Si bien es cierto que al día siguiente nos comentaron que nunca había ocurrido y que vendrían a verlo pero, teniendo en cuenta el clima tan cambiante de Miami, es algo a lo que deberían dar prioridad, ya que estuvimos bastante intranquilos durante todo el tiempo que duró la tormenta. Por último mencionar que la zona, quitando el momento en el que hay partido de béisbol y está más transcurrida, no se siente del todo segura y, además, la puerta del portal siempre permanece abierta, por lo que cualquiera puede entrar.

Excelente estadía en Miami
8.0La ubicación, excelente en un lugar tranquilo, con comercio a 2 cuadras y a 10 cuadras caminando a la calle 8 justo en el sector céntrico y comercial y con acceso a locomoción gratuita para recorrer la ciudad.
− Falto servicio en numero para todos los visitantes, hervidor de agua y utensilios de aseo como escoba y pala
