10.0The location was great. Very close to subway. I felt very safe, lots of places to eat and get coffee and close to museums and historic places.

7.0Größe des Apartments für eine Person völlig ausreichend. Bett sehr bequem. Es wurde Wasser im Kühlschrank deponiert, was mir aufgrund einer sehr stressigen Anreise, - die nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun hatte - quasi das Leben rettete. Küche vorhanden, wurde von mir aber nicht genutzt, da im Grunde nur unterwegs gewesen. Supermärkte, Restaurants, U-Bahn (Fahrt nach New York Clty etwa 15 Minuten) etc. in der Nähe vorhanden. Zugang per Zahlencodes, man braucht also keine Schlüssel.
− Das ein oder andere Mobiliar ist etwas einfach gehalten und / oder in die Jahre gekommen.

7.0The property had great access to great restaurants , stores and historical sites . There is a parking garage around the corner on 129th street. Please make it known you do need to reserve a spot to park there .
− I was traveling with my 85 year old mom for a funeral in NYC . The smell of marijuana hit us as soon as we opened the door and was on the second floor as well , our place was clean warm and well maintained . I just felt a little sad that a loud odor was what met us at the door . Is the non smoking enforced in this building ?

8.0La ubicación es muy buena, está a pocas calles del central park, hay muchas tiendas cerca y sitios como Starbucks, restaurantes y Burlington. Buen transporte en el sector, cerca a la estación del metro a la parada del autobús
− Es necesario mejorar el aseo del lugar. Tanto en camas como en los elementos de cocina. Hay presencia de cucarachas pequeñas, no mucho pero los hay.
