Lokalizacja, cisza, spokój

− Lata świetności obiekt dawno ma za soba. Jakość wykończenia wnętrz pozostawia mnóstwo do życzenia. Większość elementów wyposażenia kuchni, łazienki jest stara, a odpadające panele sufitowe, nie domykające się okna, drzwi z tektury i kompletnie bez pomysłu zaaranżowana przestrzeń to wady dyskwalifikujące ten obiekt pod względem ceny do jakości. Do tego problemy z otrzymaniem faktury za pobyt. Problem z otrzymaniem dodatkowych ręczników. Na plus miła Pani w recepcji, wychodząca na przeciw mało wygórowanym prośbom.

Location was convenient for shopping and a short walk to the overcrowded beach. One of the property assistants, Roberto and his staff were very accommodating and appeared to do their best at making things right for us. Reservation third floor request was met.

− First room assigned was a disaster overall. Hanging lamp was hanging with plain exposed wires, very poor furnishings throughout, simply non appealing, and unsuitable; would not meet a two star rating! Next room assigned was a slight improvement but again would barely match a two star rating. Only one hand towel available, no wash cloths available period, only one bath towel. No kleenex provided. Coffee maker did not have a pot with it. Kitchen utensils missing, safe did not work, needed new battery, TV did not work, needed to be removed and replaced, then reprogramed. etc. One night there was a planned one time "gang banger" party going on in the room next to us until finally at 3:30 am I had to call the police! Smoking and loud partying going on until these idiots were dispersed by the police! Elevator did not work, nor has it for years. Unable to charge your golf cart, someone at the facility kept unplugging it while I was trying to charge, and actually moved it unannounced even though it was registered. The so called daily resort fee is a joke for the price. Pool towel which was never available, beach access to sardine packed beach, and parking? "please". Refrigerator worked but had loud disturbing, clanging/rattling.

Great location! Convenient to beach, shopping and parks.

− Units need a face lift. Better and more furniture, sliding glass doors that actually close, more kitchen appliances (my unit had no microwave). Walls in elevator need to be repainted. Loud noise in kitchen corner wall from a/c units level below?
