Prima Lage zur Metro und Flughafenbus, Plaka, Akropolis, … sehr sauber und für unsere 5-Personen-Reisegruppe eine tolle Basis zur Erkundung von Athen und Weiterreise nach Piräus bzw. unserer Marina. Oleg war sehr gut erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert.

− Der Schlüsselkasten hängt als einziger rechts neben der Tür: Kein Problem, wenn man das weiß. Die Balkonmöbel sind teilweise defekt.

Great location, great balcony, very comfortable size apartment for 4. Air con was great.

− Not a huge deal but there are stairs at the bottom to get to the lift, and then stairs after you get out of the lift at the top floor. Just a note for people with access issues , wasn’t a problem for me at all.

clean bed and towels

− The property owner failed to inform us about the ongoing facade renovation, despite it being a significant factor affecting the comfort of our stay. The balcony was completely covered in debris and unusable, and from early morning we were exposed to constant noise from drilling, as well as workers moving around on the balcony. Only after I intervened with Booking.com was the issue resolved and a refund issued. I believe that the lack of prior information about the renovation was unfair and misleading when choosing this accommodation.

We were three people, although the apartment can comfortably accommodate 4–5 guests. We stayed during the winter, and since the surrounding streets are often in shade, the apartment’s top-floor location was a big advantage. The sun reaches the balcony and windows early in the morning, which really lifts your mood. As for the location, the final stop of the airport bus (X95) is only about 150 meters away. Most of the main attractions are within a pleasant 20–25 minute walk.
