8.0Het balkon met de bomen rond, het nette appartement, goede locatie als je niet in centrum Berlijn wil zitten.
− Er is een zwembad en wij dachten dat dit in de prijs was inbegrepen en dat de sauna tegen betaling was. Maar het zwembad was ook tegen betaling. Dat zou duidelijker mogen staan aangeven. Zeker omdat de eerste foto van de accomodatie één met zwembad is.

8.0Gut ausgestattetes kleines Apartment mit genügend Platz für drei Personen und einer guten Küchenzeile nebst Kaffeevorrat :) . Auf dem überdachten Balkon haben wir abends gern gesessen. Komfortables Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Die S-Bahn-Station Waidmannslust ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von dort erreicht man den S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße in rund 25 Minuten. Aldi-Supermarkt befindet sich um die Ecke.

8.0Das Appartement liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der S-Bahn entfernt und lädt daher sehr zum Erkunden von Berlin ein.
