8.0− could have been more tidier since we were not allowed to check in early because of cleaning
I would rather spend a bit more and get a bulit more.
5.0It's spacious. There were enough beds for everyone. It's walking distance from the train station.
− Kudos to the photographer, it looks so nice in the photos compared to reality. The apartment wasn't clean. It was extremely noisy. The neighbors were loud, the garbage men woke us up every morning.. no chance for sleeping in. The beddings were old, partially with holes. Towels had old stains. The shower had mold. Kitchenware was old, haphazard and not clean. All in all it looks like a place thats being milked until it's beyond saving.

8.0It is comfortable and clean. We with 2 toddler and 1 infants. Quite spacious for our family.
Overall great place to spend a week in Berlin. Nice place to come back to in the evening after a long day in the city.
7.0The location was not bad. Walkable to local inner city transit, close to markets and restaurants
− When we arrived it was very messy in the intro hallway as they were renovating. Workers were there very early in the morning to do the work, which is understandable but when you’re on vacation with kids is a little frustrating. Bathroom was very small and hard to manage with 5 of us
