Dangerous- probably illegal- do not stay here period.
1.0This property is not an acceptable place to stay and despite anything the staff will tell you- it is possible to be completely locked out all night with no recourse even after you tell them you have a medical condition and are freezing. This is dangerous- DO NOT STAY HERE.

A Nightmare

− Check in was not possible since there were no keys in the designated key box. After contacting the customer service, it took 30 minutes to get a response for them to tell us that the issue was being investigated and that they had no back up key. It took a total of two hours for the company to tell us that we could not check in and that they would offer us another place to stay (this place however it was only a complete other side of the city, way smaller with Bunk beds, and without the kitchen). Booking customer service, however, was very helpful and gave the company an ultimatum of 45 mins to resolve the issue, by which they couldn’t help us so booking stepped in and helped us find another stay (which however, was not with the help of Arbio). I wouldn’t recommend this apartment since the organization is very bad and contacting the host is very difficult since they operate a lot with underdeveloped AI supported customer services. Even 16 days later, I haven’t received my money back, which is another problem. Do not book and do not listen to the reviews which indicate that there is a backup key with which you would be able to enter the facilities.
