Lugnt läge men sliten och otrivsam lägenhet
5.0Läget var bra nära Alexanderplats. Trevlig stämning i kvarteret och många restauranger. Det är lugnt beläget mot en gård. Sovrummen är rymliga och ljusa med stora fönster.
− Lägenhet C är ett gammalt kontor med slitna mattor. Köket är ok men luckorna slitna och det är fläckar på väggarna. Det är inte trivsamt att sitta vid köksbordet, det känns som en korridor. Möblerna är ihopplockade utan omsorg. Huset ger ett risigt intryck med massa graffiti.

Standard-Ferienwohnung mit super Lage in Berlin.
7.0Ist eine ehemaliger Bürokomplex und für eine Ferienwohnung umgestaltet und es wurde Küche, Serverschrank und das Bad für die Ferienwohnung umgebaut. Gefühlt ist Kaffeemaschine, Küche 1:1 da dring geblieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr warm, aber es stehen Klimaanlagen direkt zur Verfügung. Preisleistung für eine Nacht 450€ finde ich diese Ferienwohnung mit diesem wirklichen "Standard-Komfort" und ohne Parkplatz vor der Tür viel zu teuer! Wohnung war mit Teppisch ausgelegt was ich persönlich nicht mag und auch: die Küche ist "alt" und zusammen gepuzzelt mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine etc. Auch die Farbe und Aufmachung könnte für diesen Preis viel besser sein. Lage ist perfekt. Ist eine gute Wohnung aber der Preis ist zu viel. Alles andere war Standard und gut.
− Steckdosenleisten direkt auf dem Teppich in Reihe geschaltet von einer zu nächsten, Feuergefahr und für Kinder echt gefährlich. Ausstattung via Teppich. Bei der Toilette hängt noch das "Herren-WC" schild aus Historie als Büro. Gefühlt auch noch das alte Geschirr aus Bürozeiten. Für den Preis muss da mehr kommen als nur Standard.
