Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht :-)
8.0Das große Plus der Wohnung ist die Lage (100m zur Tram und U-Bahn) und dadurch, dass diese im Hinterhof liegt, auch sehr ruhig - auch Mitbewohner nahm ich kaum wahr. Mit der Tram sind es gerade mal 9 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Im Umfeld der Wohnung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zu Essen bzw. Lebensmittel zu kaufen (Kaufland im Schultheiss-Quartier sehr gut sortiert), Bäcker sind auch in der Nähe. Ich war 5 Tage dort und fühlte mich sehr wohl. Badezimmer ist recht klein, dafür viel Bewegungsfreiheit in der Dusche (Ich = kräftige Statur). Die drei Fenster können mit Jalousien (elektrisch) verdunkelt werden. Diverse Lichtquellen sorgen für unterschiedliche Ausleuchtung (je nach Geschmack wählbar).
− Jammern auf hohem Niveau - aber eine Ersatzrolle Toilettenpapier wäre nett gewesen.

10.0Super nette Dame bei der Übergabe, schöne Wohnung, sauber und gut über die Haltestelle Turmstraße erreichbar.
Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig
10.0Die Unterkunft liegt hervorragend, weil sie sich in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus befindet und man zugleich nur zwei Minuten Fußweg zur Tram und vier Minuten Fußweg zu einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants hat. Hauptbahnhof ist auch ruckzuck erreicht. Die Wohnung ist süß und gemütlich, Bett wunderbar bequem, in der Küche alles, was man braucht. Danke für den frischen Toast, der war bei Ankunft meine Rettung! Alles blitzblank und Wohlfühl-Ambiente. In der Dusche kann man Beleuchtung in verschiedenen Farben auswählen. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und informativ, schnelle Antworten. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, ebenfalls sehr freundliche Dame. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut gegeben. Würde diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
