Peut-être un peu cher pour la prestation (pas propre et mal isolé phoniquement) mais localisation bien pratique.
6.0Bien situé à proximité des transports en communs, pratique pour se balader dans Lyon en ayant des prix plus raisonnables que dans le centre.
− C’était franchement pas très propre. De plus l’interphone qui permet de discuter à distance avec l’interlocuteur du logement fonction très mal ce qui rend d’la communication très compliqué et l’interlocuteur était plus pas très agréable, dommage ! Il fait également prendre en compte que l’isolation sonore est plus limitée.

− -Küche war super schmutzig -Ausstattung war veraltet -Fernseher hatte nur 2/3 Sender davon war keiner einer der gängigen Sender -1 Matratze war komplett durchgelegen

Preiswerte Location in zentraler Lage.
6.0Das Unterkunft liegt in Berlin-Mitte. Unmittelbare Nähe zur U-Bahn. Fenster sehr gut schallisoliert. Bad offenbar vor einiger Zeit sehr gut gestaltet.
− Die Gemeinschaftsküchenzeile ist lieblos gestaltet. Ich habe das Besteck und die Gläser vor der Nutzung sicherheitshalber gespült. Die Wände sind hellhörig. Im Bad leider in den Ecken Schimmelflecken (ansonsten sauberes Zimmer). Die Gegensprechanlage zum Vermieter an der Haustür ist sehr leise. Beim lauten Verkehr eine Verständigung nur erschwert möglich.
