I couldn’t forget to write this review, the place was so wonderful.

It looks exactly like the pictures, beautiful location, staff were absolutely incredible, and the fridge was stocked - such a lovely touch. I don’t often go back to the same apartment for excursions in London but will stay here again in the future.

− There is nothing I didn’t like, not one fault. Would recommend to anyone who asked about places to stay in London.

This is a great apartment in the best location for visiting Excel! Located literally at the steps of the convention centre, perfect. Having stayed here in a previous year we had experienced firsthand how amazing everything about the place was, so we were excited to be staying here again As always, top notch amenities; the apartment was very clean, and tastefully decorated. Careful attention to detail made sure the apartment would meet the needs of any size group that might stay there. It certainly had everything we needed to enable us attend our 3 day convention at the Excel centre comfortably. We appreciated the bonus treats in the fridge which were provided for our enjoyment; they were a nice touch Jerry got in touch promptly to inform us of the new parking arrangements which had changed since the time before when we had stayed Ernest the building manager met us at the agreed time to hand over the keys and showed us into the apartment. He was always readily contactable and quickly responsive to any queries Really like that the apartment is on two levels; I do very much like the spiral staircase From the apartment we had easy accessibility to great restaurants (and shops) in the local area On the final day we especially appreciated the generous flexibility with regards to checking out of the apartment, it made things so much less stressful for everyone Once again we had a great few days stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well appointed base for their travels in London

Todo fue exactamente como se indicaba en la información del alojamiento. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado: la cocina cuenta con horno, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, y todo el menaje necesario para cocinar cómodamente. También hay productos de limpieza y ropa de cama más que suficiente para toda la estancia. Jerry fue un anfitrión excelente. El primer día nos dejó un detalle muy generoso para el desayuno: leche, pan, mantequilla, mermelada… ¡incluso algunas cervezas! Además, había cápsulas de café, té y azúcar disponibles, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. La ubicación es muy conveniente: en el mismo edificio hay varios restaurantes (sports bar, bar de tapas, italiano y chino), y a pocos metros hay un supermercado con productos frescos (verduras, frutas, huevos, etc.) y también congelados. Aunque la zona de Custom House puede parecer algo más alejada que otras, está perfectamente conectada gracias a la Elizabeth Line. Desde allí se puede llegar directamente a puntos clave de Londres como Trafalgar Square, el Museo Británico o Piccadilly en apenas 20-25 minutos, sin necesidad de transbordos complicados. En resumen, una estancia muy cómoda y recomendable. Sin duda repetiríamos.

− Lo único menos favorable fue que Custom House está un poco más alejado que otras zonas.

Lokalita v blízkosti Excel London a vedle zastávky metra.

− Nemá klimatizaci, nicméně je byt vybaven dostatečným množstvím ventilátorů a je velmi vzdušný, takže se bez klimatizace dá snadno vydržet.

Clean, comfy apartment near Excel. Great for groups!

Our host was very kind and showed us around the apartment when we got there. They also left us complimentary snacks and drinks. The pictures of the place don't really make justice to how big and comfortable the space is. Our group of 7 was very happy with the place. The map also makes it seem awkward to get to Excel from the apartment, but in reality it's just a minute away. The nearest subway station is also under 2 minutes away from the place. I would 100% recommend this to any group traveling to Excel.

− There is a restaurant/bar on the ground floor and it can get a bit noisy if there is a large event going on.
