9.0Original design, so good to not be in an ikea environment
− Bed too small, sofa not very comfy
Quartier paisible, logement très bien situé mais pas de climatisation.
7.0Très bonne localisation, proche du métro et commerces tout en étant calme et paisible.
− Pas de climatisation, extrême chaleur (30 degrés) malgré une aération nocturne. Nuits insupportables car les ventilateurs très peu efficaces. Nous avons demandé un autre ventilateur mais n'avons jamais obtenu de réponse ... dommage.
Nevyhovující koupelna, velmi malé umyvadlo, kde se nedali vyčistit ani zuby.

7.0Kleine Wohnumg in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, von der man alles bequem mit der U-Bahn erreichen kann, nett eingerichtet.
− Eigentlich sehr nett eingerichtet, jedoch alles bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Das „Badezimmer“ gehört dringend erneuert! In der Dusche ist es schimmelig und mini. Waschbecken ist zu klein zum Händewaschen. Bitte renovieren, dann ist alles wieder schön!
