Nah am Giardini
9.0Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig am Eingang des Standorts Giardini Biennale, nah der Vaporetto-Station. Sehr ruhig, gut zum Erholen nach einer Stadttour. Von viel Vorteil ist auch der kleine Innenhof mit einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen, so dass man da Kaffee trinken und kleine Speisen essen kann. Einkäufe in der Via Garibaldi in 10 Minuten Fußweg möglich.
− Alles in Ordnung, eventuell etwas mehr Geschirr, aber es ist Geschmackssache.
Amazing stay
10.0We had an amazing stay here. The host was accommodating to a slightly earlier check in and when we arrived the place was spotlessly clean. Its a gorgeous place to say and I particularly enjoyed the private outdoor seating area. It was nice and cool with two air conditioning units and had most of the cooking and other facilities we could possibly need. The host even left us a complimentary wine bottle for our first night. Amazing location and really good price too. 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again when visiting Venice.
− We could have benefitted from a few more cooking utensils like spatulas and bowls however we were able to make do with what was provided.
Ein toller Ort zum Wohnen in Venedig!
9.0Das Apartment war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt von vier Tagen. Wunderbar ruhig gelegen, der Innenhof war außergewöhnlich angenehm- wir haben den Hof bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad während unseres Urlaubes in Venedig hauptsächlich früh genutzt. Die Klimaanlage war für die Nacht ein wahrer Segen, sie ist leise. Die Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin (und ihrer Mutter) war sehr angenehm. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft!
− Es gibt einen Punkt Abzug, weil einige wenige Kleinigkeiten dieser tollen Unterkunft nicht angemessen waren: es gab nur ein einziges Messer (neben drei scharfen Schneidemessern) für zwei Personen, zwei Tassen unterschiedlicher Größe und Gestaltung, keinen einzigen Deckel für die Töpfe, der angegebene Toaster fehlte. Wie gesagt- Kleinigkeiten, die aber für den letzten Punkt zur Bewertung „Außergewöhnlich“ für uns ausschlaggebend sind. Und mit wenig Geld zu beheben sind. Wenn kein Toaster vorhanden ist, sollte dieser aus der Ausstattung der Küche gelöscht werden.
