10.0Die Gastgeberin ist eine Klasse für sich und gibt einem das Gefühl. bei Freunden auf Besuch zu sein. Die Lage ist Top - gleich daneben den Supermarkt zu haben ist Spitze - und das in Venedig!. Generell sehr zentral und trotzdem extrem ruhig.Und die ACs sind im Sommer ein Segen.

10.0The location was great - nice and quiet but very close to the centre and all the sites. Laura was very helpful: she booked water taxis for us to and from our accommodation and met us to let us in. The place was lovely with a great patio.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Venedig zu erkunden.
10.0Die Gastgeberin Laura ist wunderbar, unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir waren zur Bienale in Venedig. Das Apartment ist ideal gelegen, um zahlreiche Ausstellungen auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dies war insofern klasse, da der ATCV an einem Tag gestreikt hat und wir die Wassertaxen nicht nutzen konnten. In der Woche, in der wir in Venedig waren, war es sehr, sehr warm. Das Apartment leigt im EG und ist klimatisiert, sodass wir nachts gut schlafen konnten.
Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem besonderen Apartment mit besonderer Kunst und vielen schönen Details!
9.0Das Apartment ist so persönlich und individuell eingerichtet, dass man das Gefühl hat, eine italienische Freundin zu besuchen. Die Ausstattung mit praktischen Dingen wie Küchenutensilien und Geschirr ist optimal. Laura hat uns alles erklärt und uns sogar abgeholt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl , im kleinen Garten konnten wir bei herrlichem Wetter unsere Mahlzeiten genießen.
− Eigentlich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Die Dusche im kleineren Bad funktionierte nur nach besonderer Anweisung nicht optimal.

10.0Good location, clean, comfortable beds. The host, Laura was was such a delight. Very helpful in guiding us to the property when we arrived. Also made reservation for water taxi pick up. All the amenities were available.
− The shower in one of the bathrooms is very small, but was able to make it work.
