8.0Emplacement, proche des commodités (resto, supérette) et des points à visiter. Contact facile avec l'hôte qui fournit tous les éléments essentiels pour faciliter le séjour. Nous avons apprécié la clim dans la pièce principale.
− Chaleur très importante dans l'appartement. Les enfants ont dû dormir avec nous dans la pièce principale pour profiter de la clim car on n'arrivait pas à refroidir leur chambre.

− There are so many mosquitoes that there's no escape. Neither the spray nor the mosquito repellent we bought worked. The owner should definitely consider window screens.

1.0Фабрис, у меня было четыре варианта по цене твоих апартаментов. Почему из четырех вариантов мой выбор пал именно на твои апартаменты - загадка и превратность судьбы. Возможно, мы невезучие, а возможно, ты везунчик. И нам понравилось (убедили себя) только расположение твоего объекта. То, что не понравилось - напишу ниже ⬇️
− Фабрис, тебе нужно купить новое отопление (знаю, что ты не хочешь тратиться, вся твоя квартира об этом кричит), потому что мы замерзали все четыре ночи. Нам приходилось пить больше алкоголя, чтоб согреться - а это лишние расходы из нашего бюджета. Грязная посуда, грязные подушки, полы, покрывала и запах в квартире - к этому мы привыкли. Тяжело было привыкнуть к слабому напору воды в душе и к отсутствию нормальной газовой плиты (Кофеварка закипала 10 минут!) А твои рекомендации по утилизации отходов и то, как на нс накричал коммунальный работник - это просто выше всяких похвал 👎👎👎 🤯🤯🤯

Entzückendes Appartement in bester Lage
10.0Außerordentlich gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist perfekt - Einkaufen/Restaurants/Bars/Vaporetto/Biennale/etc. Die Küche ist zwar klein, dennoch gut ausgestattet. Hochwertige Ventilatoren und eine mobile Klimaanlage sorgen für erträgliche Temperaturen. Wir kommen wieder 😀
− Vermieter informiert sehr gut und detailliert über WhatsApp. Für uns wäre ausreichend, wenn allgemeine Infos zu Aufenthalt/ Müllentsorgung/etc. analog im Apartment zur Verfügung stehen. ....Jammern auf hohem Niveau 😉
