8.0Excellent communication from the host prior to arrival. The location was great, Castello is a lovely, more peaceful area with easy access to all St Marks Square etc and the apartment overall was very good, well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room for 4 adults.
− Unfortunately the aircon wasn't working and although the host kindly provided fans and a portable unit, the temperatures were unbearable at times. The problem was communicated to me prior to arrival which I appreciated.
Dissapointment in Venice
3.0Location is OK, bit more far from the city center, but not so crowdy, so good.
− AC's did not work from the beginning are were not fixed during our entire stay. Just promisses by the host. Temperature in the rooms reached +30 degrees celsius and was not possible to sleep basically at all.

8.0Très calme,confortable et propre,bien agencé. Par contre pas de grille pain comme annoncé.
− Climatisation en panne. Désinvolture de la personne nous accueillant, nous laissant attendre à la porte près d'une heure dans la chaleur et sans pouvoir s'asseoir.
