10.0Location very good, close to everything, but not in the hottest tourist spot. Terrace nice, but usable only early in the morning or closer to sunset. Lift in the old building in Venezia very nice surprise

Einfach nur perfekt.
10.0Die Lage ist perfekt um Venedig zu besichtigen. Mit kurzen Wegen alles erreichbar. Eine sehr gute Bäckerei ist nur 2 min vom Apartment entfernt. Der Lift zum Apartment im 4.Stock ist ein Extra-Plus. Die Fotos werden dem Apartment nicht gerecht, da es sehr viel besser aussieht. Die Kontaktaufnahme (per WhatsApp) und die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Kleiner Hinweis: Ein Sonnenschirm oder anderer Schattenspender auf der Terrasse wäre unbedingt nötig, da zu unserer Reisezeit eine Hitzewelle (38°C) herrschte, hätten wir uns ein Fleckchen Schatten auf der Dachterrasse gewünscht. Alles in allem, eine perfekte Location um Venedig zu genießen.

A very well located and presented apartment with a beautiful terrace view.
9.0The location was very easy to find and in a great position, close to the water bus stops (Arsenale) and the main attractions. And slopes over the one canal bridge you need to cross to get to it. The decor is very well presented and the whole apartment is comfortable. The terrace is wonderful with a fabulous sun set every night. We loved sitting out and listening to the city sounds and music each evening. It wasn’t loud. Having a lift is a real bonus as it’s in the 4th floor. Very useful having a good washing machine too. Everything was there that you needed, it is very well planned and laid out. And a very good sized apartment.
− The apartment does have sloping roofs so for tall people this could be an issue in the kitchen and bathroom. The stairs up to the terrace aren’t the easiest and you need to walk through a window frame rather than a door- we managed though and it’s worth it. The internet wasn’t the best and we found we were using our own 5G data a lot of the time. Not sure why it kept dropping out. However none of this would stop us going to this lovely apartment again.
