Fantastic location quiet and comfortable stay with family.
9.0Fantastic location, very comfortable and quiet for location. Right on Rialto bridge and next to water taxi, little supermarket close by has everything you need for essentials. Nothing is ever too far away. Our host Teresa was amazing met us at the door even offered to help carry our suitcases up the stairs, washing machine was a blessing we used it more than once. Added bonus we stayed during the hottest month and there was air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
− Nothing much although the bathroom needs a little work.

10.0As a family of four we loved the size of the apartment and it was so close to all that Venice has to offer.
− The only thing we could possibly fault was the water pressure in the shower but you also have to understand how old Venice is and id assume this is an issue for all Of Venice
Charming unit in the absolute heart of Venice—an absolute oasis.
10.0It is in the absolute center of everything, but with excellent windows, actually very quiet. There is excellent security and we felt very safe. If you are coming from the airport, taking the Alilaguna is so easy and then only a few steps to the unit. The staff meets you and gives you all sorts of assistance. They are really like full service concierges. Our family of 5 had so much room to spread out and yet have a great dining area and well equipped kitchen to enjoy time together. The store right down the canal served us quite well, too.
− The stairs might be an issue for some. For us, it was part of the charm.
The only place we stay when visiting Venice
10.0Location Location Location … the apartment building is steps from the Rialto Bridge! It is easily accessible with the Rialto taxi boat docks right there.

Rialto Wonderful Stay
10.0Excellent location! Teresa and staff were so helpful! She met us at the Rialto Bridge. That is a wonderful personal gesture necessary for me as a visitor. The facility could not be more central. When you are coming from the Santa Lucia Train Station you just get on Vaporetto and get off on Rialto. The apartment is just around the corner. There were many convenient restaurants and stores to get everything. I felt very secure with the gates and locks. Could also walk late at night enjoying beautiful Venice. Teresa had the AC on before we got there so it was nice and cool. She really went out of her way to make it a very comfortable stay. Thank you!!
