8.0Great location to explore the city on foot or by public transportation, Andrea is friendly and an all around great host, who respects your boundaries. We had a great time, the decor has a venetian flair, we liked it all the more.

Perfect apartment in a terrific location.
10.0We had great commuication from Andrea prior to arrival. We arrived in Venice earlier than check in time but Andrea arranged for us to drop off our cases at the apartment while it was being prepared. Andrea was friendly and welcoming and met us at the apartment to show us around. The apartment was comfortable and exactly as described. We stayed during a heatwave but the aircon kept the apartment very comforatble. The location is perfect for sightseeing and has numerous restaurants nearby. A supermarket is a just a 4 minute walk away. If we reurn to Venice we would stay in Andrea's apartment without question.

10.0Brilliant location close to Grand Canal; Ca’Rezzonico vaporetto stop and Alilaguna airport ferry stop a few minutes walk away Great facilities in apartment Quiet residential street with lively square 2 minutes walk away Andrea is a lovely helpful host
