8.0Emplacement central à côté du pont Rialto. Réservation en urgence et Marco nous a grandement aidé pour nous accueillir, en plein week-end. Explications claires et complètes. Appartement très fonctionnel pour 4 personnes.

− Falta salubridad. Habia una plaga de chinches en el apartamento. Los pomos dela puerta del baño y la.tapa de la tasa de wc rotas.No funcionaba la WiFi. Estado lamentable del apartamento.

− Propaganda enganosa; Pelas fotos era outra coisa, cama na cozinha horrível e pessimo local para colocar uma cama, escada para o quarto no porão muito perigosa, tanto para quem vai descer, quanto para quem esta transitando para a cozinha que é minuscula e ainda tem uma cama no meio do caminho. Em baixo esse quarto, que fica no porão é muito pequeno, sem o menor conforto, não tem nem um armario e nem mesmo uma mesinha para colocar um copo de água. Inacreditavel que vocês vendem um apartamento com fotos tão lindas e quando chegamos percebemos que nada que vimos correspondeu a realidade. Que decepção! Diante do nosso relato solicito a devolução, de pelo menos 50 porcento do valor pago. Aguardo o breve retorno Fatima Frey.
