10.0Great location, in a quiet area, close to Arsenal and Biennale, but only 20 minutes walk to the centre. Vary spacious and clean apartment with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is important for a large group. Guido met us at the vaporetto station when we arrived from the airport and walked us to the apartment, so there was no problem finding it. There are food shops and supermarkets in the close proximity, Ospidale water bus stop only 10 min walk. The bathrooms are renovated with nice fittings and good water pressure. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. Wi-fi is stable and works in all rooms.
− Pillows are really flat and uncomfortable. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with steps, which was ok for us, just beware if you have elderly or disabled in the group.

10.0Venedig pur mit Kanalblick aus allen Zimmern und Brunetti-Fans haben den Bonus, direkt bei der "Questura" zu wohnen! Toll ausgestattet, 2 neue Bäder, viel Platz. Große Flexibilität beim früher-Einchecken und Gepäck-Dalassen bei später Abreise. Vielen Dank - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

A really lovely place
9.0The location was really nice, in the quiet part of Venice but walkable to the main activity. Very nice that we were picked up on arrival at the boat. And nice tips about restaurants etc.
− The mattresses were quite hard but doable for a few nights. No option to leave the garbage is a problem, the collector who should ring tge bell never did. we took it to the airport.

9.0Peaceful location but within 10mins walk of local restaurants and @ 15 mins from San Marco. Host, Rudi, met us from the water bus stop and showed us to our accommodation and the nearby supermarket. His recommendations for places to eat etc were appreciated. The apartment was spacious & clean. Views of the canal from every window.
− Obviously as an apartment, there is no outside space atrached but we sat on the steps of the nearby church and watched the world go by.
