10.0Perfect location! Near St. Marco Square. And a 5-10 mins walk to the Rialto bridge water bus station. The host greeted us with hospitability and some very useful tips for tourist. (i.e. their fav restaurant and how to make the most use of water bus ) And it's very convenient to store your luggage after checking out.
