8.0Lokalizacja, widok z okna obłędny, dobra cena, stolik jadalny, aneks kuchenny.
− Wchodzenie na 5 piętro, rozpadająca się wersalka, odpadająca klapa do WC, grzyb na suficie pod prysznicem, tylko 2 filiżanki w pokoju 4-osobowym, dość głośna okolica - bardzo blisko meczetu. Brak parkingu.
